What kind of agent am I? Ask my clients who had the Loveland Heart placed outside of the west Safeway in 2003.

If you want to make sure you are getting the best service out there, go with the agent who knows the area best.

I was born and raised in Loveland. My family settled here in the 1880s on a homestead close to the Devil’s Backbone. I graduated from Thompson Valley High School in 1992 and Fort Lewis College in Durango, in 1996. After college I worked as an assistant for a local appraiser. It was a logical jump for me to enter into real estate.

My significant other, Mike, and I have two sons, three-year-old Zachary and Daniel, one-year. We have two ferrets, two dogs and three cats.

My knowledge of the Larimer County real estate market is unsurpassed by other agents. Between working with an exceptional company and partaking in community activities, I have a finger on the pulse of Larimer County.

I have personally been though the Larimer County Rural Land Use Center and Larimer County Subdivision processes. I have also helped clients to subdivide their property in Weld County.

I also have access to the most professional and knowledgeable team of Tax Consultants in the State of Colorado. No matter what you do Uncle Sam will want his piece. Tax planning is a crucial part of any real estate transaction.

I have access to all of the local papers to get the best possible exposure for your property.
